Lost bank tabs

Before the maintenance I had 8 bank tabs. Now I have 5 bank tabs, and the last 3 are locked and moved to "temporary bank". Did this happen to anyone else?

    That's a problem with the buddyup rewards. Apparently they werent suppose to give you those 3 tabs.
    But, since we're at that, can I have the ONE bank tab that i was suppose to get in the buddy up level 50 box?
    Oh, and can you take those strongbox keys that dont open anything and actually give us the things that we were suppose to get? Like the gems?

    Im okay with them taking those tabs off, im not okay if they arent going to fix the rest or at least give the comunity an explanation.

    Did you use expansions directly from the Tera store? These expansions from buddyup aren't the same as the expansions rewarded from the previous level 50 box and could be traded. This means if you got them off another player it could have been from the buddyup code.

    I have bought 2 slots now from Broker and both are gone after maintenance. I bought one 2 weeks ago, it was gone after maintenance I bought second last week and today it was gone again. They werent temporary, i checkd. They were like 10K gold each so im quite mad that i lost them. Is this a thing now?

    This issue is not JUST with the buddy-up Bank expansion's. I used a "(Account) Bank Expansion) and a "Bank Expanions" (Server only) version, and both pulled a vanishing act, and threw my stuff into a temp bank tab.

    Just to be clear, the buddy-up expansions are the <[Account] Bank Expansion>... They are the new version of bank expansions that comes in a bundle of 3 when hitting LV 60. They can be sold on the trade broker, which a lot of players have done.

    I'm not 100% sure what happened for other players, but I will share what I know. I purchased EMP to buy a bundle of 3 <Bank Expansion>. I used 2 <Bank Expansion> on my main account, and the last 1 on my other account. I then used 2 <[Account] Bank Expansion> on my other account, so this would of gave me 4 bank slots on that account. However, when I logged on after the previous maintenance, I had 2 of 4 bank slots. This would only mean that the 1 <Bank Expansion> worked, while the 2 <[Account] Bank Expansion> did not work. So in the end, I've summed up that the <[Account] Bank Expansion> is the problem.
