I like the part where Gameforge, usually known for sticking it to their players' wallets every chance they can get, had an easter event where players could potentially obtain one of these things for free. But EME, who is usually known for being fairer than *bloody gameforge*, throws it in the cash shop immediately for 40 [filtered] dollars.

inb4 "Gameforge's event was hella grindy tho!" At least they had the option to try and obtain it in the game.

Even if we got a "grindy" way to get something people would hate it. Look at the grind for tier 1 to 10 for the rewards. All these "pretty" events from GF are worse than that grind.

The Easter event from Gameforge was a bit different. If you didnt know, Gameforge likes to put it pretty and say "you can obtain one of these in game" and is true, you can, after a lifetime of game time of course. The chances to get the jackpot in game from their events are so abysmal low, that even our own loot boxes seem more fair. Conveniently, you can buy from their shop the very same item that gives you the dragon, which is what most tend to do.

lol that kinda sounds like a certain easter event to obtain a perm peeps mount :P

I tend to agree with the but one being over priced when prier you could het the account ones at same/simular price
but the loot boxes seem cheaper than when I tried for the ghost and crimson ones via loot
and with what you prob will spend on loot boxes for only a character one they then don't seem too bad
but hell I still think over priced and was thinking to get an account wide ashfury and now don't think ill be doing so even if it was put for direct sale whilst not being an account one at them prices

P.S. I'm surprised that they can have one named "nighrfury" !

Trust me dude, I'm harboring no delusions about gameforge. But at least they gave players an option to try and get it in the game, as part of a multiple day event where all they had to do was run the same dungeons they've always run. It's not like they had to go out of their way and do something different, just play like you've always played and if you're lucky you'll get a cool free mount. Our version was go hunt Caimans for a mount you don't want, and four days later we'll release the mount people wanted for the price of a used console game. EME's better than Gameforge on a lot of counts, but [filtered] I'm surprised nobody compared GF's recent situation with EME's and realized how greedy it'd make them look lol

It might sound weird but I don't see anything wrong with the rewards shop since you can grind it up by just running content and playing the game every day. Just forget it exists for a while and you'll get there eventually. Having reward points from CURRENT CONTENT would be [filtered] wonderful but whatever. I only really feel the pressure to grind it out when I open it up and realize I'm already 80% of the way there or something. Not saying it isn't a grind, but I'd take grinding over "cash shop only" any day. I feel the same way about talents; some people act like it's no big deal that we're not getting them because they're grindy, but like ... what would you do instead? Idle in Lumbertown? At some point having *something* to work towards that isn't just gear is nice.
  • Does anyone at EME listen to the community at all? Nobody wants these stupid RNG boxes!!! Also, we want more ACCOUNT bound mounts and pets! I was going to buy these dragons, but not now. Make them account bound and I may change my mind.

I have multiple classes and alts on many servers and I prefer to purchase account bound mounts. I don't mind making separate purchases for clothing and accessories, but at least give us account bound mounts and some account bound loot pets! I spend enough on fashion that I don't need to be ripped off by buying multiple mounts.

    p.s. Optimize the game please...

Thank great skywhale there's no additional passive.

I think I'm going to skip these.
I was considering getting one as account-bound, but there are no account bound ones so...
So glad I got the Crimsonhide account-bound months ago!

There is the same passive as before on the dragons from the loot boxes.

You know, there's always the choice of playing something else until there is something new to do. If all you're doing is idle somewhere, then maybe it's time for a change.
