    If you tried all the steps in the Support Note, then you may need to file a ticket and submit your diangostic info (from the Tools section of the launcher). There really isn't enough information in what you said to suggest anything, nor enough information for EME to know how to fix whatever's happening just by this thread.

    randomly stopped being broken, no diagnostic required as i knew it had nothing to do with hardware/software on my end.
