    "nerf" they ll only put a little more cd on BS, and decrease 10% and 5% Shining crescent and runeburst. Whoaaaaa!! Terrible nerf!
    They can still 100-0 with autosttack stagger. Or if they re with hurry... Bs, OS, blablabla combo to death, you can only watch.

    according with what i d readed from Ktera patchs, yes.
    But dont lose your hopes. In general forum someone put a link of BHS searching for ppl for balancing! (Yeah, maybe a year before NA get this, but well, is better than nothing)
