Iron Battleground "insufficient memory" crashes
Has anyone else in Iron Battleground had lots of crashes since the Tuesday May 9th 2017 patch? In almost every single game i've had the exact same crash, "insufficient memory". The crashes don't happen usually until the 2nd or 3rd round, i can usually make it past the first round without a crash.
It crashes everytime when it begins to hit over 2.9gb of ram usage for the tera.exe file, but before it crashes the fps take a huge dip, and it begins to freeze a few times then fully locks up. Heres a screenshot of the process right before it crashed...

I have 32gb of ram and have never seen this crash happen so consistently. I'm not getting the crash while sitting in other busy areas like Highwatch. Its like theres a memory leak and its not able to release the memory for some reason and it hits the 3gb cap and crashes.
I have seen this crash before randomly in my time playing Tera but very rarely, its weird its just happening now for some reason at a almost 100% chance. It could be happening in other bgs because i haven't had time to test them all out yet. Gridiron seems fine though, i've done it at least 15 times since patch and so far no crashes or bad fps drops.
Heres my pc specs:
Windows 7 64 bit (installed on a 480gb ssd)
Intel i7 4770k
32gb ram
nVidia 970 gtx
(tera is installed on a 1tb SSD)
I ran the file repair thing this afternoon and played a game right after and had a crash in the 3rd round. So its not a corrupt file. Only other thing I can think of is maybe installing a fresh windows on another hard drive to see if that does anything but that'd be a lot of work.
I also don't have any controllers like xbox 360 or ps3 plugged in while I play because i've heard those cause memory leaks and crashes.
