I bought a few anniversary gift boxes and I didn't get anything. No kelsaik's crown in my item claim? Where do I get it?

    First you have to go here to gift them to someone:
    https://store.enmasse.com/tera/gifts

    As you gift them, you'll start getting the tier rewards (as shown on that page). Note that if you open them on your own account you won't get the tier rewards... but, if need be, it is possible to gift them to "yourself" on an alternate account.
