Hi, im returing player after few years. First i tried to login to my account didn't work in anyway. I had to make NEW account with my old email address. Now i got into game and ALL my characters are there no more :( I remember spending some nice money for tera thalers and now they all are gone, i even had bought the game. I've yet to receive any answer from support what had happened and why i had to make all new account. R.I.P. T_T

    You played on Tera Europe (published by Gameforge), this is NA Tera (published by EnMasse), so your account should still exist on Gameforge's servers. Just google "Tera Gameforge", redownload the game from that website, and you'll find your old loved characters :awesome:
