Has this skill recently been changed to only work for PvP? Is there a bug with this skill?

After many tries, I have noticed that CoS no longer works on bams. And yes, the bams were stunned before I used CoS.

Don't believe me? Try it for yourself.

P.S. It was on Alliance bams, not sure if it makes a difference, but just in case!

    it works on Island of Dawn BAMs, as far as I'm concerned. Doesn't always work, though.

    I'm not really sure, but it should always work. And it doesn't work at all on Alliance bams.
