how can I have better perfomance?

Hi, how can I play Tera with at least static 60fps in minimun graphic? I met all the recommended requirements except of the graphic card what is GeForce GTS 450 / Radeon HD 4890 1GB, these graphics cards are enough to play tera in 60fps in minimun or at least 40 fps without the low perfomance mode?, or can u recommend me better graphic cards (not too expensive). I normally play with 14fps in dungeons and is annoying because I can react properly at boss attacks in result of my death.

    Unfortunately Tera uses CPU a lot more than GPU. And it can't even utilizes more than 2 cores of your CPU's. Best solution is get better performance CPU such as Intel's Core i5 or i7. Higher clock speed favorably.

    Got a GTX 550 Ti here, running at about same FPS as folks with GTX 1080s and such, cause like said, it does eat up your CPU a ton.
    I would still suspect that yes, the graphics card is a bit on the low side, but it's really not much lower than mine. Keep in mind that neither me nor the super epic PC guys get 60 FPS static ever.
    ~there is those S1_engine.ini tweaks that we're not allowed to post here on forum that are supposed to work but keep in mind: modifying of game's files is not allowed by therms of service~

    Well, I have a Intel's Core i5-3330 / 3.00GHz (4 CPUs), 8GB Ram, DirectX 11.3, Windows 10 64 bits, all the recommended requirements. And I can't play tera with more than 24 fps, but my pretty old GPU is a Geforce GT 520, do you think buying a GTS 450 which is in the recommended requirements or the GTX 550 Ti how said ElinLove I can play with 40fps with everything in minimun graphs? I don't matter the graphs, I only want to have a smooth gameplay.

    Be advice, it is illegal to do so since it is against ToS. Proceed at your own risk.

    My brother had a GT 520 on his PC too, rest about same. That case, the GPU is in fact the bottleneck. BUT you won't get super smooth 60 almost ever in TERA even with higher end ones.
    I think if your budget is pretty strict, the GTS 450 would be good for it, still would need some tweaks for higher FPS. The GTX 550 Ti, if available, should be also quite cheap nowadays (depending on country that is), and a bit more power efficient so go for the 550 if you find it cheap (and I mean CHEAP). If you got enough money for a new card tho, go for something around a GTX 1050 instead. That should be overkil for TERA and good for other games.

    Minimum graphic is not actually minimum. You need to optimize your graphics.

    Thanks you a lot, I already found a GTX 550 and GTX 560, both a cheap price, probably i'll buy the GTX 560 thats how I see its a bit more efficient than GTX 550. Well I don't want static 60fps just a playable enough to dodge boss attacks and to play healer because I like healer but I can't play them for the low fps. xD
