Valkyrie is it worth starting?

I started a thread that got derailed by trolls carrying on about race. My question is Valkyrie or ninja which do you guys think is better / easier to solo with?

    Easier to solo with...I'd say valk 'just cause of all the dmg you can deal, and that your bate crit rate is much better than ninja's so you can focus power

    i haven't played long on valk enough however I still think ninja. just so much easier to move around and iframe attacks in comparison to valk.

    Valkyrie while being "OP" in terms of DPS isn't as beginner friendly for PvE as compared to Ninja. PvP it is the complete opposite because Valkyrie's combos are commonsense.

    The reason is because Valkyries revolve all around the two cost systems: ragnarok and runemarks, as well as the fact all their skills actually take time to wind up, and you can get interrupted mid cast on your nukes, losing huge amounts of dps. On the other hand, Ninja's basic rotation is quick and simple, and coupled with the fact that it uses Basic attack to weave skills in, you don't really have many skills to think about.

    I do better on my Valk than on my Ninja, with 2 stuns and a double jump dodge plus a backstab it's pretty easy to stay alive and not be hit. Also the dps I lay down feels like 2x more, iod runs are much much faster as a Valkyrie. Don't get me wrong, my Ninja isn't far off when it comes to the fighting, can still dodge easily and all that but the damage isn't nearly on par even tho I get more of my major attacks on the back than Valk does. Also keep in mind I use crit factor out the wazoo on both characters, everyone says power for Valk but I didn't learn that until I already geared. Maybe I'll switch to power when I build into Misery gear, then it likely will be 2x more dps for real.

    Ty soooo much <3 i'm trying to decide my dps when console beta pops. I know everyone wants ninjas so sad face wasn't sure about Valkyries but ty guys <3
