Cant access Tera Store

Hey,
I opened a ticket more the 2 weeks ago and still no response...
I cant access the tera store from the ingame icon
i click and it just does nothing

    Do you have the Tera Launcher running when you're playing Tera? If you close the launcher afterwards the store in-game doesn't work. Other than that I can not think of anything else that prevents it from working. Until Customer Support can assist you there is a store on the web site:
