What is the crystal setup for Ninja and Reaper in:

1) Dungeon
2) Bam/mob vanguard stuff
3) CS

    1) and 2) are basically identical for 90% of the things you fight.
    Offensive:
    - Savage
    - Bitter (You might use wrathful instead for when you're fighting something you'll be front critting, e.g. Banyakas.)
    - Pounding/Forceful (Or carving if your crit factor is low i.e. <220)
    - Focused

    Defensive:
    - 4x Hardy

    Accessory:
    - 4x Keen

    3) For CS:
    Offensive:
    - Savage
    - Forceful
    - Carving
    - Swift/Grieving/Wrathful (Your choice of what goes here.)

    Defensive:
    - 4x Relentless or 3x Relentless + 1x Resolute

    Accessory:
    - 4x Pristine Griefing or 4x Keen
