Help with efficient gold making and end game progression

I have been playing on and off since release and after years of low level shenanigans I reached 65 on my warrior a few days ago. I have been doing the arena, ace and bam dailies every day for hold and vanguard tokens and I have +12 guile and have masterwork misery weapon, gloves and chest sitting in my bags, just waiting on boots, belt, broach and jewelry. I screwed up and blew through about 4000 spellbinds thinking you have to lock in your stats WHILE attempting to masterwork. I have blown through crap tons of gold I didn't need to.

So now I would like a better understanding on how to efficiently make gold and what to invest in as well as what gear/accessories I should be targeting (is above misery worth it? A little confused about the accessories as well). As it stands, I farm low level nodes for scarabs and god"s tears on a couple alt accounts as well as the dailies I mentioned but it leaves me desperately short for the tier above misery which I read will cost about a mil a piece. I have also been liquidating all my unused costumes and junk I have acquired over the years that has just been sitting in storage but I think that wil just cover getting the rest of misery to +12 and for best stat rolls. Any advice would be appreciated

Don't want to sound mean, but if you need to liquidate many things for just Misery gear you are doing it wrong.

In the past you need about 30k to finish a mid-tier weapon if you are lucky. Now you need the same amount or slightly more for the whole set.

For starters, getting to Misery +12 perfectly rolled and etched already gives you very decent damage. If you want to spend more money for a +15, get a +15 Ambush weapon off the broker. Don't bother with Deathwreck because chances are you aren't ready for it.

As for farming low tier nodes for scarabs and god's tears, farm high tier ones instead (Cobala, Goblu and Pilka, the level 60+ ones), since the pure versions can be sold on the broker or used to make brooch parts (which can also be sold).

Visit this site and read the general guides and your specific class guide for gearing (rolls, crystals, etc.) More damage always means faster clear times, while general guides help not wasting resources like spellbind ( :heartbreak: those spellbinds). Or I recommend the youtuber Thoughtbound, he quit but most of his general Tera 101 videos are still relevant.

For misery masterworking use blessed scrolls, they are cheap and has much better MW chance.

For making money: gathering is a nice option if you have the resources, but I would recommend gathering lvl 6 nodes only, because you can sell the fine versions of the materials or refine them yourself and sell it that way.

But the most profitable is forever and ever dungeons and Island of Dawn top/mid-tier BAM quests.
You should work your way towards full misery gear, farming IoD, Veliks Hold and Veliks Sanctuary dungeons (mostly for vanguard) or other dungeons (BR, TS, DF) beside your normal dailies (petrax, etc.)

Tera is an alt based game, so you want to level your other characters to lvl 65 as well to do the same on them and join a guild where you can play with others.
  • Thanks for the advise peeps, it is much appreciated!!!
