Is the character server transfer from a while back still OK?

I remember during the server merge a while back the devs said we could transfer a character of our choice to any server. I never did but am wondering if im still able to do it for free or if it was only during that specific time.

    It was only during that specific time. If you want to server transfer, you will have to pay around 1500 emp if you're elite, 3000 if you're not.
