FPS drops drastically

Hi all,
I know there are already so many post about this type of problems, but i couldn't find any answers.
After one year I've started to play again TERA. The only problem is that my FPS usually drops at 5/15, while time back i didn't have this problem, always ran at 40 fps normaly, open world, dungeons and raid.

This are my specs:
Windows 10
RAM Vengeance 8GB
AMD r9 280X 3GB OC
i5 4670k OC at 4Ghz (Temps are 40~60)

TERA uses half of my CPU and RAM power. I have the program "Memory Cleaner" that cleans RAMs every 5 minutes, reducing the RAM usage from 1.6GHz~2Ghz to 300~600 mb.

I usually use Ccleaner and ASC for the clearing routine.

If any of you can may help me, it will be really appreciated. Any kind of help.

    Windows Defender and antivirus are both known to cause FPS drop. Try having TERA under the exception list and see if anything changes =) I hope that helps!

    Don't use RAM cleaners, like... at all, for any reason whatsoever. That's the worst thing you can do to your computer, next to beating it with a hammer. I'm 98% positive that's your problem.

    I had the same issue today, I did the Windows Defender thing and then updated my gpu, idk which made it work but the improvement was AMAZING!

    This I gotta try. Been getting it since the past 2 days for some reason.

    Hi, after few days i'm here to post again.
    I deleted the cleaner ram program and disabled Windows Defender. Also unistalled and reinstalled TERA, downloaded again. The problem is still here, nothing changed to my FPS.

    Any other help? I'm gonna try even helps that may change the .ini

    The reason Tera uses only a portion of what your computer is capable of is due to the fact tera is not programed to make full use of modern computers. The game is several years old, I believe before 4 cores became the standard. It utilizes only 2 cores and it heavily relies on your cpu. In addition to this, the game isn't really optimized all that well either. You have to have a cpu that performs well with individual cores. I have a 6600k and even with that I get fps drops at some moments and only get past 30 consistently when out of combat.
