It's seems it could be quite expensive than i thought it would be for a single attempt- it would be wise to run dungeons can increase gear proficiency..
* This is excluding the cost of mats (which i discounted for since most players will be able to dismantle old materials- yeah i see you who bought out mes from the trade broker)

Is that per try? And does that include the mats?

Cheers. Yeah, it does indicate it's going to be expensive, though with a base chance of 50% (if that picture is to be believed) it shouldn't be that much of a problem.
  • did they removed "cheap" rng by adding even more expensive rng?

They changed one RNG for another RNG. The new one will be less prone to lucky/unlucky streaks, courtesy of a higher base success chance, which is balanced with higher costs per try. This way nobody will get 'stuck' because the game magically decided you weren't going to progress that day/week/month, but you will also not have any huge lucky streaks enchanting to +15 or its equivalent.

    Meanwhile lol MES prices.

You spend less time enchanting with higher chance of success that you can boost even higher by playing the game, and more time playing the game.

Exactly, with this new enchantment mech now you are certain (well, at least you can be more acurate) on how much you need to invest in time and resources to get your gear maxed.

The only sad thing is that some past events gave us enought mats to get enought tokens for gear up when the time comes for this new system without effort at all.
  • But does this apply to each tier? Like, is it really gonna cost like 3k gold to upgrade my Alts level 28 relic weapon to +9? lol

I didn't see anything about lower level weapons in the notes, maybe they won't be enchantable anymore

It applies to level 65 stuff only.

A higher cost of enchantment attempts in exchange for a higher chance is an improvement, just a matter of balancing the cost, although keep in mind these fees are going to be based on KR's economy and not NA's which is why it's going to seem expensive when a lot of our stuff is cheaper than every region as far as I know.
  • Lol 25k to get to +9 assuming you fail 0 times and theres 4 tiers idk how people are so oblivious that this is better than current enchanting system it is exactly the same costs it is just more simple to understand :p

At this point I feel like I'm planning for something that isn't even set in stone yet haha. I'm all over here at my Asus ROG trying to figure out how I'm gonna afford to even +9 my gear for my alts in order to progress. I mean, it's 3k for 1 attempt at that level yeah? It's not "just" 3k for +0 to +9 right? I mean, to get +8 its 2.7k then for +9 it's 3.3k...that doesn't mean it's only 600 more gold for the new rank yeah? It's not additive I'm assuming.
