I need help ASAP

So as you can see i have internet connection but i can't seem to connect to the game, it started happening this morning. I've already tried restarting my router and i messed around with proxy (turned off "use proxy server" ), In firewall i added TERA and allowed private and public connections. I don't know what else to do. Can you guys help me ?

    I played tera a few months ago then I deleted it. I wanted to start playing it again and there were 2 TERA games on steam (first with 1.2h on it, second with 42h on it). I downloaded probably older version of the game. Tell me if I'm wrong

    You downloaded the European version of the game, which is pretty different.

    In all regions the game is slightly different (KTERA, NA, EU, etc) the most important differentiation is that NA TERA is the most F2P, meaning you don't have to spend money to progress.

    So if you want to play EU TERA, you'd have to go to their own forum and ask there what's going on.

    I'm in Europe so I guess I'm not wrong for downloading the EU version. But I still can't play either EU or NA

    I guess you should ask in the EU forums with the link I provided, but before doing that give repairing the launcher a little try.
