Server joining issues

Hello guys, I was thinking about returning to tera after 3 years of being absent, so i downloaded the game and tried to join a server, but the game doesn't let me join any of those. Once i click refresh, every server dissapears from the list, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I really want to play again
