Payment System is Broken

Your payment system is broke. Unable to enter the CORRECT information due to your system automatically and incorrectly inputting my billing info in the pop-up window.
For example: The billing info page has one line for an individual's name. When this gets carried over to the pop-up window, it places the entire name into the LAST NAME line and cannot be changed/corrected on the pop-up window.
What kind of messed up billing system is this? Is everyone strictly using PayPal?

    Don't know what started it, but I got around it by manually logging into Paypal and then buying it normally. Since you're still logged on Paypal, it skips inserting the info you put through EMEs.
  • I got the transaction to work, despite my entire name being incorrectly all placed in the First Name field. I think they really need to rework both of their forms. I found that the reason it switches states(switches back to the default AL if I recall correctly) is you have to either scroll through the entire list of states and click on it, or hit the corresponding letters on your keyboard(quicker to do) AND click it. If you don't click on it, the form assumes you haven't selected it.
