Not Receiving Leveling Rewards?

I was counting on my 1-day elite pass when I hit level 20, but it never came in the mail. Tried logging out/in, nothing happens. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    It is a code to be used on Tera's main website. Check your first mail (Level 20 reward when you got your crystals).

    No, seriously, since we only get one, and my spouse auto-deleted his mail once he collected the stuff. He says it's not worth filing a ticket for only 1 day, but he can't be the only one.

    What is the procedure, if any?
