How to prevent Shape Changer bug?

The Shape Changer: Height isn't working correctly for me. Two problems:

1. My character is shorter than -3 (see video) (This might be because of my Big Head, not a big deal)
2. When I apply the Changer, everything works fine until I teleport. After I load my height resets back to original. Permanent Shape Changer: Height gets wasted. Obviously this is the bigger of the two issues.

Is there something I'm missing? Anyone else having this problem?

    My first guess is that the big head and height shape changer are not fully compatible. I can't say I've ever had a problem with the height changer, but I haven't played with it while using big head at the same time. If the big head were to expire I'm guessing it would work as normal... but maybe someone else has had a similar experience and can shed more light on it.
