Gear Revamp Question

So I’ve been putting things aside in preparation for Elin Gunner. I made DW gloves and weap. Will we still be able to unbind after gear changes? Or would it be best to unbind before?

    If i recall, Liberation scrolls will only work on Top tier +7 and up (and old gear +15)

    High tier +7 ( since ambush can be promote )
