    Run dungeon 20 times in 8 hours, pray you win more than 2 rolls and not end up in trap runs.

    Or

    Join an elitist guild where they do runs for mats and pass on what you need (Good luck finding one though who accepts anything lower than +12 misery set)

    Or

    Come back after 6 months or so, they're probably gonna be giving out top tier stuff just to get players back in the game (half kidding but you get my point)

    you can try doing midtier IOD on as many chars as possible to get eaus and caprin horns

    Pretty sure mid tier tokens or high don't have eaus anymore, the only way to get the item is dungeon drops or trade broker.

    You can run DFNM, BRNM and KDNM to roll for eau and caprin horns. You can also use 15 interhold tokens to get one caprin horn.

    The thing is that eaus are looted randomly by default unless you change the loot settings.

    Buy from your party member right away, if that happens. It is more likely that your party memebers are not aiming for Ambush.

    Alternatively, host a LFG run that res eau or run these dungeons with your guild members, so any party member who gets it will pass it to you afterwards.
