Elemental Essence Drops

good they said that they would lower the rate of the NA conversion to balance the economy with KTERA, but the loots of the dungeons are not the same as that of KTERA, as you can see in the image do not drop elemental essence in guileglade, but in all other servers drop, I would like to know if it will be added or not.

    Ktera guileglade doesnt drop elemental essence. and will never be.

    This item i suppose to drop from rk9e when it launches in about 1month
