Hi haven't being playing in a while and I have to ask, what BAM's quests are the most efficient for VG rewards, do BAM's include important mats now and if yes who are the most efficient .

    its overall anytype of monster you find on the island of dawn . just look at what gives most rewards.

    Most efficient for mid tier bams is always teraliths due to them being [filtered] (especially at the beginning of combat).

    Low for gold talents and guardian ench stuff, mid for twist(gives way less gold talents) , +tokens for II etchings, high for III etchings and ench above frost.
