Im Brazilian and my ping is always 200+, but my internet connection is 37ms, so its not the problem. Already try a lot of programms also and didnt work. Please help me!

    Some problems with routing cannot be solved even with WTFast and Mudfish. You could try to use those but no one will give guarantee.
    As far as I know some of my friends from there also have such troubles. Somehow they play)

    Your ping is normal, you just can't have 37 ms from Brazil to Chicago, it'll always be something like 150~200ms+.
    Imho, if u wanna be competitive at endgame, just find another gamer with a local server..
