    1. Submit a ticket and be patient. Complaining on the forums gets you nothing.

    2. No comment on events, since that's subjective opinions. I hated last year's Halloween event and ignored it.

    3. Do IOD quests, get semi enigmatic drops, dismantle them to get entropic tokens, trade them for silver talents. You don't really need semis anymore since you get to choose your rolls now. Everything is farmable if you get creative and do the right things.

    This forum exists for complaints tho, that's the purpose of it, feedback about things that aren't right.

    I agree, forums are for getting info, help and feedback, why else should you post there?
    So here's my feedback:
    How that ground mount sale worked out definitely isn't right! There are a lot of issues that prevent people from buying them and these issues still aren't solved as you can see in the new thread about the store still not being accessible for everyone. Extending the sale for just one day won't really help. They should extend it until the problems are fixed!
    And yes, I am disappointed too. Joined TERA in summer and had no idea how support works in this game. As mentioned in the according thread, I never received the 12000 EMP I bought three days ago to get the ground mounts and no answer so far to my support ticket. And of course I don't expect support to read this post. They are obviously busy with plenty of tickets. This is just ... feedback.

    Just for the records, right after posting this the EMP miraculously arrived in my account. What a funny coincidence! So my problem was solved in time, luckily, and I am really grateful for that. But for the sake of other people still having problems to buy the mounts, please consider to extend the sale!

    Honestly, it probably was a coincidence since it was before their usual office hours, but in any case I'm glad it worked out.

    While this forum is for complaints, people shouldn't use it to spam their support cases hoping to "priority treatment" or else everyone will constantly be on the forum spamming their cases to get to the front of the line (and then support will ignore the forums because they already have a queue to deal with). It's good to raise awareness of a problem in exceptional circumstances, though.
