    Regarding staff I don't think they have any CMs working on weekends specially the time those threads are made. Maybe they have some emergency technicians that deal with those downs when they happen, but even that you gotta remember it's a human checking things out and doing the work, when the automatic stuff ain't working and telemetry or remote control isn't helping or working, you gotta do it personally which may mean dislocating to the building where the problem resides.
