    Run the repair tool in the launcher, click tools > run repair tool.

    try this:
    1. Open the Launcher
    2. Press CTRL + Shift + Esc to open the task manager
    3. Find the Tera launcher process
    4. Right click it
    5. Click "Open File Location"
    6. In that folder, find the file named "EN.version"
    7. Delete it
    8. Restart the launcher

    This will force the game to re-patch, hopefully fixing the corrupted file
