    No idea, when I played there for a bit, they had them in their regional tokens for clearing dungeons, Elleon Mark or how it’s called, and you could buy various items such as ccb, ses, mwa, 7 day big head etc., so basicly available ingame, not like in NA from store or past events that had possibility to get them ^^
