Returning player with questions

Hey all, I played at launch and have dabbled in and out over the years and have recently spent some time and have been having fun.

I've been jumping back and forth between this and BDO the last couple days and I think I enjoy this game more. My only concern is it seems like I don't see anyone while questing and I'm not sure if that's normal or if on AC there are just not many lower levels questing. I'm currently playing a warrior that I know can be dps or tank, but is tanking something many people do with warrior?

I guess my question is how is the game at end game? I've had the most end game experience in FFXIV and WoW, so how does it compare to those? Is it active? Is it mostly pvp or is it more pve? I remember that back at launch the pvp was pretty active here. Is it your typical vertical progression? I'm sure I'll have more questions but I'm on a 2hr commute home from work so if there is any answers I'll probably think of more questions haha. Thanks in advance

Who needs questing mon...? Kumas Royale or dung while story sometimes/bams. Questing is boring after third alt.
Warrior mainly used for dpsing. Good warr tanks is a rare thing.
Tera isn't wow. End game are 4-5 star dungeons. Have to upgrade gear by enchanting (which can be tough after new patch of gear revamp) , learn dungs (which need improved skill in you class, gear and optional friends) and run (time, wish, good ping, skill)

P.s. I don't know srsly how describe it to ppl who ask about our endgame. Try and you will know. Best way.
  • Leveling in tera is basically a joke at this point, and questing has been pointless for years, other than enjoying lore/achievements.
AV is one of the lower-population servers, TR or MT would be better for you, but again they won't be very populated until you're at level 65.
Once you hit the level cap, there's gear progression to deal with which is going to be a lot of grinding, but eventually you'll be geared and skilled enough to take on the harder dungeons, which can be quite satisfying to master. Eventually, however, after doing the same 3 dungeons 100 times each you'll get bored of them and wait for the next patch, maybe even getting desperate enough to join the dwindling pvp community only to find that it's active for just a few hours a day and only in certain battlegrounds. At this point you'll do what everyone else does and find another game to play while waiting for tera to be interesting again.

This pretty much sums up the years i've spent playing tera.

Yet as others have said , many don't do the quests these days , they either speed LVL or LVL 60 scroll LVL then do end game , then some of these carry on there's nothing to do
But it can get boring when just doing same all the time when you have many alternatives
I'll generally speed LVL and go do quests when I want a change so I can fill the achievements
PS you don't need to quest to gear up along the way the system also takes care of that , so people don't even have this as a reason to do any of the quests
