    It was available through becoming an officer of your alliance in the PVP area but now that it has been removed you probably can't obtain it anymore. I was gone for a year, they may have a replacement way to obtain it but I doubt it.

    Play Wintera and get enough tokens to buy the Rudolph Nose.
