GVG's on PVE servers

Hello all, I was just wondering why aren't we allowed to have GvG's on CH or any other PVE server? Some people rather enjoy doing it, even just for fun. Any chance they'll ever get reinstated?

    I'm pretty sure you are? Unless they changed this a while ago. Guilds have to set themselves to either "Pacifist" or "GvG Ready" (or whatever it's called lol) on PVE servers, but on PVP servers they're always set to "GvG Ready".

    Maybe they changed this a while ago and I didn't notice, I play on a PVP server. If you really can't GvG, it seems more like a bug than an intended feature, since KR servers are both PVP servers and PVE servers are a local change.

    That's really weird. It must've changed when they changed the guild system back with the introduction of CU.

    The old system let guilds on PVE servers choose whether or not to "opt in" to GvG. You could only GvG guilds that were open to it. Kinda sad that they changed, it since no guild was forced to PVP (pretty sure guilds were set to Pacifist by default).

    Im pretty sure when they brought in the new Guild system, they changed GvGs requirements to be "Be in a PvP zone to declare"....and PvE servers HAVE no PvP zone so it just errors people (CU doesn't count)
