Is there a way to get a superior cleansing brooch in this patch?

I'm a returning player and I have a normal cleansing brooch (blue one) and I was hoping to get a superior one (yellow) cause I think they are better for priests (my case). Is there a way to get one of those? If not, which brooch should I use?

    You can't anymore.

    You can opt to keep your normal cleansing brooch and slowly level a quatrefoil brooch from quickcarve
