Can someone explain to me how do i get the Unity Stole scarf?

I want it really really bad, its the only thing missing for me to make a "Rogue Archer" visual, but i just cant see where i can get it, i heard of a "token store" but i have no idea where it is, can someone explain to me?

    It was dropped in an event a weekend or 2 ago. If u missed it, u cant get it anymore.

    Unity stole is a rare item, you can get it during events (not all of them) :/

    Watch for events. Beg for stoles on forums when events are upcoming. It's the only way.
