I'm calling BS. The Arsenal patch hit in October. You have done nothing for 6 months if you have only Frost Metal.
"I have a life" - your retort I'm sure.
My RL friend just started playing In january, and he has 3 chars in +0 or higher Stormcry. He plays 2-3 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.
We have a guild mate that plays ONLY ON WEEKENDS, because he has a wife and kids, and travels during the week. He literally only plays on like every other friday night, saturdays, and sometimes sundays. He has two chars in +7.
It takes two days max for a char to get to twistshard, a week to get FM. That's not playing all day for 12 hours, thats just doing 16 VG's and 40 boxes of GM's and logging out.
If you are stil in +2 frostmetal after 6 months... you're either horribly inefficient, or completely lying about your effort in the game. You can run low level kc/sf/rg, corsair/fwc that requires no gear, and guardian missions and make a well over 100k gold per week. So sorry, I'm calling BS. You either play 30 minutes once a week, ore you are lying.
character slots are tradeable though?
Please tell me why I would ever need to swipe in this game lol. And "playing the broker" is a real thing and that's why I stream it to show and prove that you can obtain anything you want in this game WITHOUT having to pay anything at all. maybe you can learn something too because it's clear you don't know much about what you think you do. Protip: there's a nifty number in this game that can loosely estimate how much you spent on this game. Look at my past broadcasts at that number then do the math by subtracting how many reward credits I could have gotten by entering almost every code they gave us and you'll see that I started at Tier 4 rewards when the system came out which I got by having some 65s + personally paying for 2 years of elite before elite was tradeable
There is simply no need to spend money on this game if you do not want to, stop lying and scaring people away.
For most people, it's not even playing the game. Acting like playing the broker is an appropriate substitute for people who want to play a GAME is not realistic. Yes, you can make a lot of gold by flipping items and stocking up on materials/limited items. Is it really playing a game? Not really.
Do not buy them, farm them instead.
How much time do you spend in the game? Because if you play about less than 7 hour per week then you can't hope to have a fast progresion at all.
I have new players on my guild and some of them have reached Stormcry and doing 4 star dungeons with about 200 hours in the game.
The issue is that you havent figure out yet what is better to do to get your gear upgraded faster.
If you alreayd have all your master glyphs don't bother with IoD, that is the worst time sink you can do with the less profit in it if you only have one or two characters.
Island of Dawn should be only done when you need master glyphs and etchings, if you don't need eirther of those you should be running dungeons or the content with an event active, like the last triple drop on GG and PoP (you can get drops on PoP even if you are not ilevel 439).
When chosing what dungeon to run you should keep in mind how much time you have at hands becuase it will always be better to run several 2 star dungeons if you have 30 min or 1 hour at hand that trying to do a 3 or 4 star dungeon throught IM.
Once you have you bellum accesories and twisthard gear low tier bams on IoD are not good to farm, those will only hinder your progression if you can run 2 or 3 star dungeons instead. The prices of golden talents tends to drop after an event, like the one we have right now so you shouldnt worry at all farming them on IoD.
Make gold running dungeon, get item exp running dungeons, 2 and 3 star dungeons have been for a long time the best dungeon to make fast gold if you can't play the broker and leave IoD last if you can't run more dungeons with your dailies.
Gardian missions are good to get jewel boxes if you know the baam's mechs. You can also buy enchanting materials, also master glyphs from them when you unblocked the last gardian shop.
