how does perfect block work? I mean i know what it does but how do you get a perfect block. perfect timing on the block? or is it a random thing? What exactly is it that lets the brawler get a perfect block?

    Perfect blocks are achieved when you block an incoming attack within 0.5 seconds of using the blocking skill.
