Does elite give tera reward points ?

Does paying for elite every month..give any tera reward points towards the next tier ? I ask this because today i thought about buying emp ..and how that gives you emporium credits ..(and tera reward points?)
if this is the case then it's a huge oversight by eme and not worth paying for elite monthly. I would be better to buy emp and get the reward points+credits..
if im wrong about it then nvm, but i wanted to raise the issue.

    I already know the amount from elite vouchers because you have their cost on EMP and ratios from EMP to reward credits, however subscription is charged directly to your credit card without buying EMP first. So how this is handled?

    You get reward credits, so you almost certainly get reward points. At the 10.99 price, it is 150 credits if I remember right, so I assume 1500 reward points.
