Berserker not deleting?

Hey, I have been trying to delete this berserker character for three days with no avail. Keeps saying that I am spelling their name incorrectly but I clearly am not.

I have:
Spelled their name correctly (repeatedly) and replaced letters and such to see if that worked
Removed any premium/rare items from the character
Put in a support ticket (three days ago) that went unanswered
Restarted several times
Changed servers and back

    don't type it how you put it in eg john doe
    as the system changes this look at you name you have and type that eg name typed john doe becomes john.doe so type john.doe
    its generally the ........ that was place in between the names
    if not the all I can suggest is submit a ticket

    also you sometimes have to capitalize the first letters in each name
