How do I upload a Guild image?

I've been trying for hours now to upload my guild image but every time I try I only see a rainbow "IMG" picture in the emblems. I've resized it to 64x64 and changed the bit to 24 as well as saved it as a .BMP but for some reason I still see the same IMG image. Can anyone help?

    I have the GuildLogoUpload folder and I pasted it into to it but it still only shows the IMG pic in game.
