    Customers are always right.

Sorry Having worked in customer service jobs no the customer is not always right. work any job that has to deal with customers and you will understand that.

I do apologise, but most of the time customers are there to direct e.g companies for further improvement. They may not always be 100% correct, but workers, such as you, are there to direct these customers in case of any misunderstanding. Your job, is to make customers happy and satisfy their needs, and if you don't, then it may result in further complications.

So technically yes, customers are right. Maybe not in the way you see it but the whole point of this, is that customers are those who use the services and majority of the time pay for them, therefore at the end of the day customers have the authority to complain or argue about anything at all as there's rarely any good services that provide the best support and understanding. So in this sense, they are always right - as they are those who

    1. Pay
    2. Leave feedback
    3. Recommend

Already contacted Sony They say it is an Emasse problem. It's not like Im the only one having this issue. Three weeks is already one day too long I have never had this problem with any other game. It's called customer service.

I've waited 15 days, I just contacted Sony & received a refund in under 5 minutes.

If you're trying to get the EMP, that's not Sony's problem.
