Elleon's hairstyle

Hello. I don't know if this is the right section to ask but I saw that NPC called Elleon in Velika while questing and I like his hairstyle. However, it is not available in the character creation screen. Is it possible to be obtained? I'm a PS4 player, if that matters.

    unfortunately, no, you can't obtain it, there are some NPCs with awesome hairstyles/clothes that are not possible to get for your character.
