You sure it's not your alliances Exarch? 1/4 of them will be total pricks that you must block.

I was exarch and people loved me! it was also over double drop weekend in the first week of lucid patch so giving the people 4 gold enchanters (fri/sat/sun/mon) really made the people happy :3 i did yell 'nya' a few times though hehe

ps. there's an edit icon (cog) on the right of the post, beside the time of post

Seems to me that everyone else likes it but you.
Turn off global? Its not even in the middle of your screen where exarch notice is.

everyone: why doesn't the staff interact with us!? stop acting like robots and talk to us like people! participate in the community!

gms: *participate in the community, while still doing their jobs as need be*

    everyone: NOT LIKE THAT

also, op, you're not supposed to bad mouth mods and gms. it's against the rules, iirc. :-1:

besides, i see not the gm spamming but another person in global. sooooooooooooo

I do agree that a GM should not be spamming if that's what happened, but, isn't there a way other than naming and shaming in the forum, which is against the TOS, to deal with these? Even though it's a GM, this is the exact same as the naming and shaming practice as done to a player, at least that's how I see it. There's also the names of other people in that picture that may have not given permission to be displayed here. Also not sure about that. Just try to be on the safe side, even though you may be angry or annoyed at what happened.

After all, the pen is supposed to be mightier than the sword. :)

I'll check the TOS, see what can I find for you.

I feel like- it's a CH thing because of roleplay, not that there are many roleplayers (...?) or that it makes it reasonable but it might be more tolerable...? Sorry can't really depict what exactly happened but just from the image you posted, i think it's fine :open_mouth:

And oh, I'm not "supposed to" bad mouth them? 1. Then don't do something that's bad mouth-worthy. 2. I wasn't even bad mouthing k? I was merely pointing out a fact. I have no idea how GM notice works, but for sure they spamming in the middle of the screen multiple times. I don't mind GM organizing in game events. In the middle of the screen trolling unnecessary. Be professional. @Venpai

you're not supposed to talk about moderator actions. it's.... it's a forum rule. i'm telling you for your benefit. so, y'know, you don't get in trouble!

but seriously, block the gm character if you can. ignore it. they're having some fun and joking with the community. don't be a no fun allowed mcboring pants man. what is the difference between someone else spamming global? they're a gm? okay and? they're still doing their job. if you have an issue, though, take it to support. threads like this will be removed and you'll get in trouble.

again, telling you for your benefit. don't be a [filtered].

Checked the TOS. The closest violation this would represet would be section i, Call outs. Now, that's up to any passing moderator here to determine if what's happening here can be considered a call out or not. Though, I didn't see anywhere, and it's something that should be available(hint to staff here), a mechanism to report any EME staff that would be breaking any rule or abusing his/her power. We are all after all humans and we make mistakes.

it would be considered a call out because it's talking about a gm's actions and using their name. a call out is using a name and attaching it to negative actions.

Maybe. But I'm not just the right person to go that length and call something that. When a mod passes through this, he will decide.
