same gear but different ilvl?

hey guys,first at all sorry for my engrish.

how i can get more Item level (without updrading gear obviously)?

i see a guys with the same gear but he have more ilvl than me and i dont know why.

    The selected effects on the items play a part in the ilvl. If you have any green ones then you'll have a lower ilvl.

    You'd have to compare the weapon, chest, gloves and boots in detail to see where the difference is, if everything else is equal.

    You probably have green rolls on your gear

    Green rolls are bad

    Also...you have a [filtered] amount of crit factor.....why.........you don't....need...that...much.............+70 is more than enough

    His crystals are not the best he could use for Valk either.

    That will do for now but some advise because the guide looks like doesn't mention it, you should use "Pumped" jewellery.
