    I don't use it as i'm almost always over level by the time i get to the dungeon I need.

    Lots of people uses the matchmaking feature, but as with any mmorpg, there will always be more DPSers than healers and tanks, which is why it'll sometimes take a while. It also depends on the level you're at. As this game is super fast to level up in, most people fly past the dungeon min/max requirements in a matter of hours by doing either KR or story missions.

    Don't wait for a dungeon to pop, but rather keep leveling, that's my tip for you. If you need to go back to a dungeon to complete a feat, you can always do so at level 65.

    Tank and healer queues are fast but if you're playing dps, it might be best to use area chat or your guild to get a group

    I get like 20s queues as lancer.
    But at the end i drop 90% of them¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Lool guys, who is so narrow minded to complain about matchmaking being a thing?!? That dude can't be an experience player by no means haha!!
    And really, I am not trying to be toxic or anything but I am just tired to see kids posting about Matchmaking! I guess they rather want to stand infront of a dungeon entrance and search two hours for a group which is perfectly classed (3dps, 1 tank and heal).
    Get to endgame first please, you will appreciate there being a thing that gives you a decent group after only 30 minutes, maybe less...
