Resolved Issues
These are issues which were patched on the live server from the “Scheduled To Be Fixed” category

Scheduled To Be Fixed
These issues have been already resolved. They will be applied in the next live server patch.

Under Investigation / Fix In Progress
These are issues that are under investigation or in the process of being resolved
  • Bloodshadow Weapon Skin smart boxes and True Ultimate Power Weapon Skin loot boxes do not currently work for ninjas, gunners, or brawlers. This will be fixed in a future update. When fixed, anyone who purchased one of these will receive their weapon skin upon login after the patch.

    If you purchased one of these products yesterday for your ninja, gunner, or brawler, contact our Customer Support team at https://support.enmasse.com/tera and they'll issue you an EMP refund.

Need To Be Reported
These are not wide-spread issues and require more player reports to be resolved individually. If you are experiencing one of these issues, please contact TERA Support
