Fraywind Canyon Never pops

I’m on Nyraxxas and have tried queuing for Fraywind canyon all week and it has never popped. Is it or cross server? Am I on a dead server?

    I joined a PVP server and have yet to PvP even once :/

    Queues are Cross server. FWC don't work either cause its bugged or cause ppl do other stuff at the moment. (no clear answer from enmasse)
    PvP works only from lvl65 be it open world or bg. (except kuma bg lvl 30)

    I'm quite upset about this as well. I started playing on a PvP server in order to enjoy the maximum of this, and still had no chances for Real PvP besides dueling with other players at Highwatch. There are some threads on Tera PC area that says that BG is dead and it worries me.
