Necromancer Tomb Freeing Kaidun help?

Hello! I'm a new player and play on ps4, but I'm having an issue progressing in the main story while leveling. I can't get the next story quest, Seeking the Core, until I go back and finish Freeing Kaidun. The problem is, I'm level 49, so I can't use the instance matching feature, and I can't solo it myself, I did try.
I was hoping someone could give me advice on what I should do? I only ever solo, so I don't know how to go about finding other players to run through it with. I had skipped it to begin with because the previous dungeon story quest I did I got matched with a group of people and all but one of them left halfway through so I just didn't wanna deal with random people ditching out again.
I would just keep skipping it, but I read online that I won't get any further main story quests if I don't complete it and get Seeking the Core, so at this point I'm at a stand-still in the game unless I just grind on side quests and mobs until I can solo it, which is too time consuming for me.
Thank you for any/all advice/help!

Only way now is to lvl to 65 (or at least a high enough lvl) and then solo it, unless you wanna waste time on LFG with likely no one bothering to join since you're overlvled for it (those looking to lvl through dungeons get no exp if you're in it). And no, you do get story quests even if you skip previous ones; they get added to your quest list automatically when you reach the appropriate lvl.

Oh fantastic! If I can just level and get different story quests then I don't mind at all. I was only worried about it because on different forums people said it pretty much stopped the main story quests if you didn't finish it.
Thank you very much for the info!!

it won't stop ALL story quests, however whatever is part of that particular arc will not be made available until you finish it, seeing as how you're mentioning questing even though leveling is incredibly fast... are you doing it for completion's sake or to watch/read the story? if so, I believe you could just ask around some high level to run you through it so you can finish the quest.
