    Those files will certainly be too old and out-of-date anyway, so I'm sure they won't help. (The launcher from 2 years ago is broken now.)

    The most common cause I've seen for this error these days is that your hard drive is out of free space to do a force-repair. How much space do you have on the drive? Otherwise, there's a file in the folder called "launcher.log" -- if you can post that, it would help a lot to know what it's doing.

    I have 247 GB of free space on disk D where Tera is located and 600 GB on my disk C.

    Oddly, that launcher.log didn't seem like it really did any patching at all. Since you're playing through Steam, maybe what I would try is running a repair through Steam. First close the launcher, then right-click on TERA in Steam, go to Properties, then under Local Files choose "Verify Integrity of Game Cache". This should scan all your TERA files and patch anything that's out-of-date. Then after that, try starting the launcher and see what it does.

    Im getting a couple errors on mine.
    First:
    The TERA launcher is unable to load copycub.dll files
    ERROR MESSAGE: Interop Load failed

    Second:
    The TERA launcher is unable to load steamsupport.dll files
    ERROR MESSAGE: User Cancelled

    I tried your method, and still get the same errors, then crash. The launcher does open, but then never patches, and then crashes.

    I cant find my launcher.log to show you. Any suggestions?

    The easiest way is to reinstall the launcher using the minimal installer from the website.

    Otherwise, I uploaded the TERA Launcher a little while ago. You can check to confirm that these are the digitally-signed files from EME.

    You can try extracting to a random folder just to confirm that it starts, and then move the files to your actual TERA install folder to run (in order to preserve your existing install).
