Server Troubles 6/10/16
Hello all! We're currently experiencing some server issues, resulting in many players being dropped. We're aware of the problem, and our platform and production teams are currently investigating. Please stay tuned!
UPDATE - Disconnects continue. The team is STILL investigating possible solutions. Thanks for your patience while we figure this out.
UPDATE (12:18 PM) - Servers have been stable for roughly 30 minutes now. Our data providers are looking into the cause but we believe it may have been a wider spread regional issue (meaning other businesses were affected, not just TERA). In any case, we'll continue to monitor but it looks like things are back online.

Anyway, yup. Same time today, happening again. I live in California and my ISP is Comcast if it matters.
I don't think it's EME, everyone else is doing fine.
hmmm... are you having these issues with any other games besides Tera, or any streaming services?
Maybe Comcast is dicking around with their hardware or something, and the guy who does it starts at the same time every evening, haha? I'd call them myself, but I wouldn't even know where to begin voicing my complaint since every other internet related operation is working just fine. "Hey comcast, my E.R.P. simulator won't work fix it fix it!"
No, it's just Tera. It's the connection from Comcast to the Tera servers. It dies off somewhere in the comcast's part of the route, in Sunnyvale as mentioned before.
It seems to be fine now, though.
This crash not only happens in game, but also the character selection. When I select my character, it just continues to move and then shortly after I crash. I also experienced crashes in the loading screen as well.
